Cervical cages and plates

Cervical cage

  • PEEK OPTIMA ™ for its elacticity coefficient which is very close to the bone one
  • Heights : 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9mm
  • 3 x-ray markers
  • Synthetic bone substitute (60% HA – 40% TCP)
  • A sterile packed cage will be shortly available (early 2011)

Anterior cervical plate

  • Titanium
  • 4 sizes – 2 thicknesses (0.8mm and 1.2mm)
  • Security : the plate prevents the cage from expulsion
  • The DUOLIB plate is systematically used in association with a cage.

Anti-expulsion screw

  • Titanium
  • Diameters 3.5mm et 4mm
  • Still being secured the screws remain mobile which enables the graft being in compression
